Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Taryto Innovations Private Limited ("we", "us") for using the ExpoVault AI mobile app, exhibitor web portal and website (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you use the service for a company, you agree for that company too.

Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 and give accurate details.
  • Keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Visitor accounts are personal. An exhibitor owner account controls a company, its staff accounts and its data. Staff accounts are created and removed by the company owner.

Your content

You own the recordings, notes, photos, contacts and other content you add. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the service for you, including sending it to the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy.

Recording and other people's data

Laws on recording conversations and on collecting personal data differ by place. You are responsible for telling people when you record them, getting their consent where the law requires it, and handling the contact details you collect lawfully.

Acceptable use

You must not:

  • break the law, or infringe anyone's privacy or intellectual property;
  • upload malware, or try to access accounts or data that are not yours;
  • disrupt the service, overload it, or scrape it;
  • use the service to send spam or harass anyone.

AI features

Transcripts, summaries, extracted contact details and other AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Check anything important before you rely on it.

Plans and payment

Some features need a paid plan, bought on our website. Plan prices and what each includes are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by PhonePe. Refunds: you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of paying for a plan. After 7 days, payments are not refundable.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app, under My Account > Delete account. Your account is disabled at once and erased after 30 days, unless you sign back in before then. Deleting an exhibitor owner account deletes the whole company and its staff accounts. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. What happens to your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will meet every need.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, leads or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post changes on this page and update the date at the top, and tell you in the app or by email if a change is significant. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.
